Jaime started working at Chiropractic Fitness in January of 2011 as Dr. Schulman’s chiropractic assistant.
Jaime is 23 years old, and was born and raised near Syracuse, NY. There she graduated Homer Central High School and went on to attend Cayuga Community College where she achieved her associated degree in Criminal Justice. She also was involved in dance programs where she competed on a weekly basis from age 8 to 20.
In June of 2008, Jaime moved here to Charlotte, NC with her best friend. She attended Queens University of Charlotte where she pursued a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in communications. In her free time, she loves to read novels and spend time with her friends; whether it be shopping, dining out at different restaurants, or relaxing on the lake.
Jaime had her first experience with chiropractic care in April of 2010. Before this, she had acute asthma and mild to sometimes severe anxiety. Over the course of her care and currently today, she noticed a drastic difference in both of these areas. Jaime would never use an inhaler to treat her asthma before because she prefers not using medication, but would still notice a shortness of breath and some wheezing every once an awhile from normal exercise/activity. She says that exercise is much easier and never even feels the urge to use an inhaler now. In addition, Jaime started having severe panic attacks her sophomore year of college, for no apparent reason. Though she learned to control them on her own without medication, they would still effect her life every once and awhile. Since she has started to get adjusted, her anxiety level is almost non-existent with having no panic attacks in a year. In other instances in the past, she has experienced mild neck pain, and a tingling in her right hand. Through neck adjustments, Jaime no longer has neck pain or tingling in her right hand.
